Description

You will identify and develop new business, build lasting relationships with clients, and present solutions that meet their needs. You work to monthly targets, collaborate with marketing, and represent the company at meetings and events while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Research prospects, evaluate opportunities, and plan a structured sales approach.
  • Establish contact, present products or services face to face, and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with customers through support, information, and guidance.
  • Follow up with previous customers and cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Handle objections professionally to progress deals.
  • Track trends, market activity, and competitors to spot improvements and new products.
  • Uphold organisation standards for service quality.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through trainings and workshops.
  • Work to monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • Dynamic, charismatic, and team oriented with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, research, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • HSC with Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of B2B technology sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the printing and copy business is an advantage.
