Support customers from first enquiry to fulfilled orders, preparing quotes, following up, and helping the team hit monthly sales targets.

Description

You support the Sales team by handling client enquiries, advising on products and solutions, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow up. You contribute directly to monthly targets and keep product knowledge current through ongoing training.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to client queries and advise on suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations, then follow up leads.
  • Process customers’ purchase orders and track order status.
  • Support achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing product training to maintain vendor partnership status.
Requirements
  • Minimum HSC, with a Diploma in Marketing or Sales as an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Basic knowledge of IT.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills and strong team spirit.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Computer literate, including MS Office.
